Put the Guide on Your Phone

In about a minute, the Guide can sit on your home screen and open with one tap — just like a regular app. No app store needed, and it’s free.

On an iPhone or iPad

Use the Safari browser (the compass icon) for these steps.

  1. Open schh.info in Safari — you may already be there right now.

  2. Find the Share button — a little box with an arrow pointing up . On some iPhones it sits right at the bottom of the screen. On newer ones, first tap the three dots in the bottom-right corner, and Share will appear in the menu. (On an iPad, look in the top-right corner.)

  3. A menu will slide up. Scroll down the menu until you see “Add to Home Screen” and tap it.

  4. Tap the blue Add in the top-right corner.

  5. That’s it! Look on your home screen for the blue SCHH Guide icon and tap it whenever you have a question.

On an Android phone or tablet

Use the Chrome browser (the red, yellow, green and blue circle) for these steps.

  1. Open schh.info in Chrome — you may already be there right now.

  2. Tap the menu button. It looks like three dots stacked on top of each other and sits in the top-right corner.

  3. In the menu, tap “Add to Home screen” (on some phones it says “Install app”).

  4. Tap Install (or Add) to confirm.

  5. That’s it! Look on your home screen for the blue SCHH Guide icon and tap it whenever you have a question.

Good to know

  • The first time you open the Guide from your home screen, it may ask you to sign in with your email again. That only happens once.
  • The icon doesn’t take up storage space like a regular app, and there’s nothing to update — you always get the newest version automatically.
  • Changed your mind? Press and hold the icon and choose Remove / Delete, just like any other app. The website keeps working either way.
