Terms of use

Terms for the SCHH Community Guide connection in ChatGPT.

Effective October 12, 2026. These terms apply to the ChatGPT integration operated by Ron Snyder as an individual. Other Guide website features and third-party services may have separate terms.

Access and eligibility

Use the connection only with your own authorized Guide account. Resident access requires verified SCHH resident authorization and may be rechecked. Access can be suspended or revoked when eligibility changes or when use threatens the service, other users, or private information.

A separately authorized reviewer account has access only to fictional sample materials. Reviewer access does not establish resident status or provide access to resident-only sources.

Permitted use

Use the Guide to find community information and inspect the sources provided to your account. Do not share credentials, bypass verification or other access controls, attempt to retrieve material outside your access, or use the connection to harass others or expose private resident information.

The connection is read-only for community information. It does not submit recommendations, send notices, create contribution drafts, or modify community records. Sign-in, access checks, and operational records are still processed as described in the privacy policy.

Answers and source material

Answers are generated with AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Confirm important information with its original source, including dates, schedules, fees, rules, and safety instructions. Availability of a citation does not guarantee the accuracy of an answer.

The Guide is not an official community notice service, emergency service, or a substitute for qualified professional advice. For emergencies, call 911 and follow official instructions.

Source material remains subject to its owners’ rights and access rules. Guide access does not grant permission to republish or redistribute restricted documents. Some original sources require a separate community-portal login. Respect those restrictions.

Independent operation and third-party services

The Guide is an independent resident project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Community Association or the community’s developer. ChatGPT, authentication services, and linked websites are operated by their respective providers. Your use of those services is subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Availability and changes

The service, available sources, and connection features may change or be interrupted. Continuous availability and complete source coverage are not guaranteed. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. You may stop using the connection and disconnect it at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
